In case Customer books Order for multiple Products in one transaction, the Company would ship all Products to a single shipping address given by Customer. If Customer wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then Customer should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.

Product delivery will be done through reputed service providers like Professional Couriers, Overnite Express, First flight Couriers.
International Shipments?

The most enviable service feature adopted by us for the first time in India: Customer can send the projects having output problem for inspection to the company. We do the basic fault finding and repair the board absolutely free of cost.
Note: Anything beyond free service like any component failure etc., a quotation of the charges and the estimated time required to repair the board will be mailed to the customer. We will not undertake inspection/repair of any kind of Zero board or bread board. The customer will bear the to and fro courier charges for the material shipped for inspection.Easy Returns
Cancellation and returns:
Cancellation of order before dispatch
"Cancel Order" can be placed anytime after booking of order up to the status of the Order turns into 'Ready to Ship' (RTS) on the Website.
Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, with Company’s service and support center by mailing at support@8051projects.info with your order number.
All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by customer before delivery of Product to Customer will be subject to deduction of 5% of the Product Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to Customer. Customer understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request for any Order before delivery of Product.
Exchange/Replacement after dispatch or Returns - (Only in case of defective, damagedReadymade kits)
All Readymade Product purchased from the Website enjoy Ten (10) days 'Exchange/Replacement policy'.
The Customer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
In the event if Customer, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damaged and/or defective, Customer shall immediately intimate the Company’s service and support center about such damage and/or defect and the Company shall arrange for the replacement of the Product or refund of price of the Product along with shipping charges, if any, collected by the Company in the unlikely event of the Company being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective Product. For any Refund or Exchange / Replacement of Product the relevant provisions of ‘Refund’ and ‘Exchange’ shall apply as given herein.
Exchange/Replacement of components in the kit - (Only in case of defective, damaged components)
In case any of the component in the kit is found having certain defect(s) immediately after delivery of the same, Customer can request for Exchange/Replacement of the component any time after delivery of the Product but not later than with the Company’s service and support center by mailing at support@8051projects.info
In case Customer decides to get replacement of the Assembled and Tested board supplied by the company in the DIY Kit due to certain defect, then the Company will arrange pick up of the product to be exchanged. However, Customer will assist and cooperate to return the same with good packaging. We will repair the same for free dispatch within a span of 48 hours from the date of receipt of the board.Payment Options

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, the conditions as set out below apply to each and every transaction for the sale of goods and materials and/or design services by 8051projects.info to a purchaser of Goods and/or Services.
These conditions shall apply to all orders placed with 8051projects.info by the purchaser. Acceptance by 8051projects.info of any order is conditional upon acceptance by the Purchaser of these conditions which shall override all other terms and conditions inconsistent herewith, whether expressed, implied or otherwise including terms, conditions or stipulations contained in the Purchaser's purchase order or other form of writing or otherwise stipulated by the Purchaser and with are at variance with or additional to these conditions. The same shall not be binding upon 8051projects.info unless specifically accepted and signed by 8051projects.info.
Risk of loss due to damage or destruction of 8051projects.info’s Products shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser after delivery to the carrier for shipment. 8051projects.info will select the shipper unless Purchaser requests a reasonable alternative. All orders are subject to acceptance by 8051projects.info.
Purchaser shall not, at any time, directly or indirectly, use any intellectual Property of 8051projects.info, or engage or attempt to engage or assist any other Person to use any intellectual Property of 8051projects.info. Purchaser specifically undertakes and agrees that Purchaser shall not (and shall ensure that its Affiliates do not), “reverse engineer”, adapt, or modify the Products, the Spares or any parts thereof or their components, or make any attempts to do so whether for its own benefit or that of any third party, or assist any third party in doing the same, and hereby expressly waives any rights that it may have under applicable law in this regard.
It is agreed and understood that all right, title and interest in and to the Trademarks are and shall at all times remain the exclusive property of 8051projects.info.
Purchaser shall have no claims or rights in respect of any trademark and/or trade name / brand name owned, possessed or used by 8051projects.info including the Trademarks, or the goodwill associated therewith, and Purchaser hereby agrees and acknowledges that it does not and shall not acquire any rights in respect thereof.
1. Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to protect 8051projects.info and hold 8051projects.info harmless from any loss or claim arising out of the negligence of Purchaser in the installation, use of 8051projects.info’s Products.
“Confidential Information” as used in this shall mean any and all technical and non-technical information including but not limited to legal and non-legal opinions, financial details, patent, copyright, trade secret, and proprietary information, techniques, sketches, drawings, models, inventions, know-how, processes, apparatus, equipment, algorithms, software, software programs, software source documents, Application Program Interface (API), designs, drawings, sketches and formulae related to the products and services of 8051projects.info, and includes, without limitation, their respective information concerning development, design details and specifications, engineering, information and documentation.
Governing Law: This contract shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of India and the courts of Nagercoil, India hall have exclusive and sole jurisdiction over this Agreement.
Acceptance of a purchase order by 8051projects.info cannot be construed or implied to create an obligation on 8051projects.info's part to accept, subsequent purchase orders for any of the goods and/or services.
2. Price
The prices of the Goods or Services are the prices contained in 8051projects.info non-binding quotation or is the current list price as displayed on the web site. However this price is exclusive of Taxes, delivery, packaging, carriage, insurance, custom duties which may be charged.
8051projects.info reserves the right to adjust the price at any time.
For all international users of 8051projects.info pricing should be strictly be in USD/EURO/GBP. If checked out in Rs. the order is invalid.
3. Delivery
Delivery charges are applicable at actual cost to all orders unless picked up directly from one of our premises. Delivery occurs when the Goods are handed over to the Purchaser or carrier company or delivery representative. Delivery dates quoted are approximate only and 8051projects.info will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Goods.
If the Purchaser fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give adequate delivery instructions & it returns to 8051projects.info then 8051projects.info reserves rights to decide whether to resend parcel or not.
Any claim by the Purchaser for non or incorrect delivery must be advised to 8051projects.info within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
4. Risk and Property
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to Purchaser on delivery or, if the Purchaser fails to take delivery without good cause, at the time when delivery is tefndered.
Title to and property in the Goods does not pass to the Purchaser until 8051projects.info has received full payment of the Price and all other sums due to 8051projects.info from the Purchaser.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Purchaser shall accept sole responsibility for and 8051projects.info shall not be liable for any use of the product purchased from 8051projects.info by the Purchaser, it's agents and employees and the Purchaser shall hold 8051projects.info harmless and fully indemnified against any claims, costs, damages, loss and liabilities arising out of such use.
8051projects.info is not liable to the Purchaser because of any representation, or any warranty (express or implied), condition or other term, or any duty in common law, or under the express terms of the Contract, for : (a) any loss of profit, business contracts, opportunity, goodwill, revenue, anticipated savings, expenses, costs or similar loss; and/or (b) any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage; and in the case of either paragraph (a) or (b) above whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, tort, or breach or statutory duty of 8051projects.info , arising out of or in connect with the Contract.
Any other liability of 8051projects.info to the Purchaser in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the contract is limited to the Price.
6. Warranty
All our parts are tested and free from defects. If defects arise, we will at our option, repair or replace the products purchased. Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that the material is faulty due to poor quality material or workmanship. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrectly connecting or improper use of the material. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damage to third party or attached equipment to which these products are used.
7. General
These Conditions and the documents referred to in them, set out the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede any prior written or oral agreement between them relating to the subject matter of the Contract and the Purchaser acknowledges that in entering into the Contract, it has not relied on any representation not expressly set out in the Contract.
1. If any provision of these Conditions is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Contract is not to be affected.
2. Nothing in this contract excludes liability for fraud.
3. No person (either legal or natural) who is not a Party has a right to enforce any term or condition of the Contract.
4. All suspected fraud causes are handed directly to the relevant authorities without exception.
5. Currently our cart is under testing and hence we reserve all rights to change pricing even upon successful checkout.
