Connection Establishment between Microcontroller and Bluetooth

My application is
Microcontroller having bluetooth interacts with a mobile which has bluetooth.
Micro controller receive and sends data from and to the mobile device.

i am using At89C2051 microcontroller.

In this forum i got the following details:
For this type of Application we can use any bluetooth module or microcontroller.
TX pin will transmit the data and the RX pin will receive the data.

thanks for the information.

My question is :
1. Which bluetooth module i have to use
2. How can i configure bluetooth connection. (without using SPP protocol i need to do this)
3. How to connect microcontroller and bluetooth module.
