Secured data wireless comm Transmitter help needed

i am worling on project secured data wireless comm.transmitter not working.lcd gives blocks.i had check my hardware many times.read forums.put pullup resistor put its not working still.my idea is code not working properly.but the reciever working fine.
kindly help me its my final year project and i had less than one month to submit it.
if some had tested hex fil of transmitter kindly send it to me
