apart from selecting a title for your project what else have you worked out so that we can help you in that direction.

you should select the H/W first then the coding language.

In this first you have to select the Hardware.
Let me help you...
Use PT 100 Temperature sensor (It detects Temperature in the range of -200 to +850 degree celcius).
Its resistance increases as the temperature increases.
Use ADC to read the temperature from PT 100 Sensor.
Then take data to Microcontroller from ADC.
Design Code according to that.
