hello i m gaurav
i have made a project cellphone operated land rover
from electronics for u july 2008 magzine
i face a problem that microcontroller do not give output
i have tested the output of cm8870 ic it is right
these output r given to uc but no output
the program is successfully burned in ic atmega16

i want ckt which convert 230volt into 18 volt,with out transformer
